This website is intended to give voters all the information they need to decide, as many Judges, Prosecutors, Defense Attorneys and Civic Leaders have, that David Berger is the best choice for Judge of the Superior Court, Office No. 80.

David finished in first place in the March 3, 2020 Primary Election with 45% of the vote, well ahead of the second placed candidate who received 37%, the third placed candidate was eliminated after receiving only 18% of the vote. The General Election will be on November 3, 2020, and will be a two-way race.
